Veptimese is the language spoken by the Veptims and Dracanthros of Raxus. It originated in east Raxus and quickly spread to the west around 200 according to scholars. Sentence Structure[]

Here are some useful facts about the sentence structure of Veptimese.

  • Sentences are composed starting with a tense, either Adardor, Adardo, Adard or Adar.
  • The tense is followed by a verb/question, then an object, animal, person, etc.
  • This is followed by Time and Place in that order, but they are optional.
  • There is no Veptimese word for "is" or any variation of it by its, but "is the" is "Urka".
  • The vowel A must be put at the start of the latter word if two constants are next to each other between words. This is always excluding a prefix. This does not apply between sentences.

Examples[]

  • Adardo araaka Ugla krarc aKrea. (Veptims will slaughter many Elves.)
  • Adardo omat O krarco urk aKrea! (I will kill all of the Elves!)
  • Adard agrar ux! Grac O [NAME]. (Hello there! I am [NAME])
  • Adardo krestu kal Omer urg Agu? (When will we march to war?)
  • Adardo krarcur ome Omedo. Adaardo krarcur. (Soon my brothers. Soon.)
